Is it hard or easy to get good cell phone customer service

I recently went into a out of the way cell phone store a retail AT&T store, I was not especially friendly the first 4 minutes because I wanted to see if the customer rep would be nice back to me. Just some quick background, the customer cell phone rep was an avid jogger and jogs 10 miles a day. Now I don't know if I lucked out and got a good cell phone AT&T rep or that most people still care and have pride. I guess what really helped our repore was the fact we both wore the same runners. New Balance abzorb with web stability, only difference is that he had a mens shoe and i had on the female shoe. it is amazing if you happen to wear the same shoe model how it helps me in my case zero in on what I want.

He asked: What are you looking for in a cell phone?

I said I don't want to walk out of here with a $200 dollar damage. I am looking for a cell phone that is not necessary free or cheap. I want something I can rely, a phone when i hit the green call button, I won't keep getting no service available message.

So, after telling him my budget, he took out only 4 phones for me to do a test run.

This is what I call good customer service, I am not exaggerating, but there are literally 100+ phones on the wall to choose from, he did not detain me for 3 hours giving me a sales pitch on why I need the most expensive phone.

What features are important to you?

I want to blog, check the news, listen to mp3 music, and it would be nice to have a buddy locator more specifically beacon buddy.

I don't know about you but it is so refreshing to deal with someone who is competent. Who wants to be overwhelmed and have to pick 1 cell phone among 100 cell phone models on the wall. Don't you find it easier if the person was kind enough to know what your budget is, the features are important to you, and what your preferences are.

Can you imagine that you have a dating broker, you are looking for a soulmate, would you not have someone else know what your tastes are in a soul mate than having to spend an average of $500 per date that would be going on 100 dates, the average person does not have $50 000 dollar budget to find a wife or a husband. It is much easier to pay a dating broker to do all the pre-screening work and pay him or her $2000 or $5000. Do you have the nerves or the endurance to be disappointed 99 times before you find the ultimate cell phone or wife or husband?
