To Learn To Be A Better Kisser

Unfortuately, your smartphone doesn't come with tactile lips for you to practice kissing on. This week I am blogging about the cocktail of chemicals that gets released that controls stress, motivation, social bonding and sexual stimulation. Do you find kissing your partner to be addictive? I have turned off the commenting function of this blog, so sorry you can't give me feedback. Are you aware when you kiss someone you are attracted to, there are these neurons on the lips, tongue, mouth that fire off messages to the brain and the rest of your physical body these incredible sensations such as intense emotions, and strong physical reactions?
Be grateful that your spouse or soon to be spouse kisses you passionately
I would like you to please take a silent moment to offer a prayer of gratitude that you have a passionate relationship with your husband or wife. Since, the divorce rate in North America is 50%, only 10 percent of married couples according to the latest survey actually enjoy a healthy, mutually supportive relationship with their spouses. It is funny, with so many dissatisfied couples out there you would figure, people in general would take action or steps to improve their personalities to be a better partner for their spouse? Instead of signing up at 10 or so different dating internet sites and be dating 100 people in a 3 month period longing searching for that right partner. The right partner doesn't exist, we have to change ourselves.
No wonder 10% of Americans Are Taking Drugs to Combat depression
It is my guess that the 10 or 11 percent of people that are depressed and taking anti-depressants find it hard to get out of bed each morning. Why are doctors prescribing so many paxil, celexa, lexapro, luvox, buspar, norpramin or prozac? Many doctors who prescribe these drugs to so called people with depression are actually people who don't know where to turn when they experience trauma such as: loss of a loved one, a life changing event like divorce or marital break up, being ill all the time. These people don't know that they can hire a laughing yoga coach, bodynamics therapist, somatic experiencing therapist to get them out of this griefing. It is much better to see a therapist for 10,20,30, 40, 100 sessions than to be addicted to anti-depressants. Mind you, if you have a good health plan it is certainly cheaper to take pills as opposed to pay someone $100 or more to listen to your problems.
Why not use your smartphone or cell phone to listen to an uplifting audio e-book instead of having downward spiraling thoughts that lead you further into depression. A couple of decades ago, depression was a very rare mental illness. They say that anti-depressants correct imbalances in the brain. According to a survey conducted by New England research institute, 43 percent of medicated americans had no psychiatric diagnosis or any mental health care beyond the precribed anti-depressants.
If you are reading this blog and is taking medication for your depression. Please be first off compassionate to yourself. We live in such fragmented ways, face pace, stress filled days, that there does not seem to be any hope at the end of the tunnel. I will recommend you check out these free resources below.
If you are of African American Descent and is more comfortable relating to an african american earth angel, click on this Iyanla Vanzant link.
Of course the courses they offer are not free. If you don't have an financial difficulties, I would highly recommend taking a course from either of the 2 ladies if they happen to be in your State.
You never know, you may even meet someone if you are single and depressed at one of these courses, where both of you are on the mend and can encourage each other. Thanks so much for listening. I am very grateful that I had this opportunity to share with you and good luck with your journey to happiness!
