Driving a car in Washington with your cell phone to your ear

So today is the official day at first I thought it would be a $500 dollar fine. So don't get caught text messaging or talking on your cell phone without a bluetooth or any wired headset while you are driving in the state of Washington.

Yesterday while I was walking out of my organic produce store I spotted a very attractive gray haired men coming out of the store and man the ladies in this small community don't need any face lifts or plastic surgery. This guy had no make up on and he was tanned and grayed hair. As I was checking him out one more time in my rear view mirror she got on her cell phone. I would never have the guts to pull him over and say don't talk on your cell phone guy
