GPS Applications for Cell Phones - a Hit with People Who Aren't Good With Directions

Hi, my name is Brian, and I'm a guest author on this blog and yesterday I wrote about three different GPS applications they are; AAA mobile navigator, jotyou.com and loopt yesterday. Today I will talk about even more GPS applications for your cell phone.

1. plazes.com
this is something that's actually quite popular in Europe. In fact it's easier to meet people in Europe than it is in larger metropolitan cities in North America. Over in Italy and you could stop by at a plaza, browse that someone's playing any chess game and start a conversation. This application will legend nowhere your friends are and you can tell them exactly the location where you're at it will even allow you to update your location on your blog. This works for a cell phone that has a web browser on it. One Web browser that I really like is something called Opera.

2. www pongr.com
Everywhere you hear the economy is getting batterer in batter and tighter and tighter are you tired of hearing this, I sure am. This is a very popular application especially for people who were price conscious and have a large family to feed. This is especially popular for families where they have four or more children to feed. It doesn't matter if you're Mormon or from any spiritual background, that's a lot of milk, fruits, cereal but you have to buy to feed six people. All you need to do is taxed the product name or barcode (74677] shopp. If you have any of these devices: Blackberry phones, Iphones and Android Tmobile phones, you can go directly to the web site I mentioned above and download the application.

3. slifter Mobile
what's really neat about this specific application is that you can use it to store your shopping list if you're going to be shopping for Father's Day, birthday, anniversary or wedding. This application will then browse at all the nearby stores to find you the best deals without you wasting all the gas and driving around in the aggravation of finding a parking close to the entranceway. What's really neat is that you can share your finds or deals with your family and friends this application will work on GPS enabled Sprint phones, as well as Blackberry family phones, Iphones and Android phones from Tmobile

4. Whrrl
this you like an interesting name. This application almost is on the verge of privacy violation because it lets you view your friends are on a map and even tells you the best places to be based on the places that your friends have been. I am more of a hermit, as too much people yelling and screaming at a McDonald's would overstimulate me. However if you don't have post traumatic stress disorder like I do in many military people that came back from Vietnam, Iraq, you'll probably want to explore the many places that your friends are recommending that you should go. This application will work on: Blackberry family phones, Iphones and free att phones, and free t-mobile flip phones, and verizon cellular phones and Sprint phones.

5. Zyb
this is an excellent application for those people who are always on the face book, flickr and twitter updates. If you have more than a hundred friends and don't want a way cell phone minutes updating them what your latest activities are the cheapest way to do it is using this application. This way you could send a short twitter update, and all the friends and fans are following you will find out your latest location where you're having a drink, your latest excitement about needing someone that you want to start a relationship with. Best of all this application is free.

this just about wraps it up. By the way also won a share with you three free iPhone GPS applications they are: nearby. What does nearby do is a you can geo tag notes left by other users recommending restaurants and stores. So this way of someone geo tag a great place to have sushi, tandoori chicken, all-you-can-eat buffet, you can go to that location and follow the recommendation and have a great meal. The second iPhone application is something called where; this free application lets you find exciting and adventures events, you can geo tag photos and tells you were the poses as a car location is in case you don't even own a car and be able to go into is a car location and drive around for an hour to to buy groceries. It gives you all the closest Starbucks locations are. Now if your price conscious and you want to spend the less than a dollar 50 on a rate cup of coffee, and you happen to be north of the border in Canada, you may want to regularly frequent Tim Horton's. This is where I go for my coffee because nowadays to have to pay for to five dollars for a cappuccino or latte is insane. In fact I could have 5 cups of small to Tim Horton's coffee which is actually delicious compared to purchasing 1 cup of shy maté soy milk drink.
