I did not mention in the previous blog entry that when you choose the place where you want the software to be installed whether on your windows mobile 5, 6 device

Choose a Location

will be shown on your display screen. Next the wizard will ask you do you want to install it in the

default application install directory

You must say NO!

Choose the storage card as the place where you want to install

Step 2

attach your pocket PC to your laptop or desktop using a sync cable. If you have a cradle you can use that as well. You will want to assure yourself that the activesync is active

Step 3

Here are some really cool applications you can download if you happen to have an Iphone, so if you want to find the same application for your Pocket PC, please go to google and type in Solitaire For Windows Mobile 5 or Windows Mobile 6 in the search box for instance:

UrbanSpoon at click here for slot machine Butler where you will be given a name to recommended reataurants' name and phone number just in case you run out of funky places to bring your first date.

Step 3 is boot up or download the third party such as the games and utilities I mentioned above from the different websites to your windows desktop machine.

Step 4

Here, many of the third party software programs you have downloaded may go automatically onto your program files, make sure you have an unzip application to unzip these files. Locate where these third party programs are, unzip or double click on them to open them. You will now be in the launching process.

Step 5

Whether the third party software you have just downloaded in free or you have to pay for it, near the end of the installation or launching process, it will ask you to check off I accept the terms and conditions. You will be asked by the wizard whether you want to install the third party application using the default application install directory,

Say NO!

You want to make sure that you select to install the program on your Pocket PC's internal memory

Step 6

Once you have answered no, You will see a select Destination Media Window, this is a very important step. You want to make sure that you select the storage card option then tap OK. Remember that you will want to format your storage card even before you start this entire process. Otherwise you will not see a SAVE in field. Lastly finish the installation process
