Searching for the perfect carrier? We went out and rated; AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon wireless on the following parameters. How friendly was the staff? How knowledgeable was representatives? How fast were the answer to the solutions provided? We rated the big for wireless carriers in terms of what troubleshooting advice, tips, tricks and step-by-step instructions that they gave us solve our problem. Consistently across the board we chose blackberry as our operating system and handset. Walking into the Vermont, New Hampshire AT&T store

We were greeted very politely by Harold. In the next series of 12 articles we ask the same question to all 4 providers to see how they fared. Harold quickly and accurately showed me download a Web browser on my Blackberry phone. We also asked Harold which sites offers printable coupons. Unfortunately Harold has never heard of fatwallet.com, dealcoupon.com, couponcabin.com. Which we had already saved on my Blackberry phone in our bookmarks. Instead Harold went to a large desktop computer to surf the Internet for printable coupons. He instructed me to go home and surf the Internet and look for a mobile version of fatwallet.com, dealcoupon.com, couponcabin.com so I can access the coupons right from my Blackberry phone.

The second question we asked Harold was can we send a photo of the e-mail?. He answered yes, but that there would be an additional cost per month to send photos on a Blackberry.

Walking into the Second AT&T Store the Following Week

We caught Robert while he was dealing with three other customers. Robert was able to walk us through how to send a picture via MMS. We were delighted to see that the picture that we send ended up on the screen of my aunts cell phone. By the way MMS test for multimedia messaging service. We also asked Robert if he can show us how to install a Web browser on our phone. And within seven minutes, Robert help us set up a Web browser and had us navigate to popular online coupon web sites.

Walking into our last AT&T store at the end of the week

Our third visit to a local AT&T store article was well is the first 2. We couldn't find out whether or not this representative was new and in training. So when we asked Betty if she could teach us how to install a Web browser and if she could also teaches how to send a photo via MMS, she couldn't figure out how to do either. A recent survey that was conducted by AT&T customers, 77% were satisfied with their wireless carrier.
