And Lou came on the line and with an 20 minutes of chatting with Lou, he walked us through downloading Opera mini on our Blackberry curve as well as showing us how to send a photo via e-mail. All in all, I was impressed with the fact that Lou was able to take care both questions via online chat with 100% accuracy in less than 20 minutes.
