I love the call and text forwarding feature that I program with a single command as well.

One major benefit of the Freestyle model is the Sense user interface because even though it is a text messaging phone, it feels to me more like a smartphone. In the last 6 months any of the Android OS phones has releases running version 2.1 to 2.3.4.
- Data input
My colleague has the fancy HP Veer phone and his wife has a tiny older Blackberry model. These 2 models have these incredibly small tiny button keyboards, I mean who were they making them for mutchkins? Certainly not for adult sized fingers and thumbs. Typing accurately on the HP Veer or the tiny Blackberry hybrid keyboard require you to have this zen like concentration. I happen to be a mediator. But for those of us who can not stay in this focused calm composure how do you have the dexterity to type on them properly. This is why I love the Capacitive touchscreen on the HTC Freestyle 4G Text Messaging Android Phone. I also recommend if you find this virtual keyboard still a little too hard to get use to I will talk more about something called the Swiftkey keyboard smart keyboard Pro that you can get as an add on. I have the Swiftkey keyboard smart keyboard Pro and when you combine the Capacitive touchscreen, scrolling up and down the screen is so easy and effortless
- The multi touch Aluminum Pro display makes it comfortable to grip and not prone to slipping out of my hand while I type text messages.
- The camera photos provides a bright, pleasant colors in crisp detail.

Here are the Cons
- I wish the battery life was a bit longer but this is every busy fathers wish. So I just got 2 extra batteries for stand by.
- Part time, I go in to the woods to to take pictures, it would be nice that I don't have to constantly lug my canon around because this HTC Freestyle Text Messaging AT&T phone doesn't have flash or autofocus built in.
My Recommendation....
The phone is a good match for people looking for a smartphone to show off and not have to pay through the roof for the monthly data plan. This is a highly functional text messaging phone. This phone leaves a small footprint. In the end raising 3 kids is a mamoth task on 1 salary. My boys eats a lot. So the monthly fees I save for not having to pay for the enormous data plan, I am able to go to costco to buy more food. I am thinking of downloading gardening apps and encourage my boys to help be grow food in a greenhouse.
