Hi, My name is Sally and I have used T-mobile now for over 6 years, I use to be a Cingular Customer, when AT&T took over, I kept getting dropped calls so I decided to switch to T-Mobile. I live in San Francisco, CA and I travel often to Virginia, California, and Kansas, and all my calls are clear and crisp. One of the annoyances with AT&T was that I could not use the service at home. My husband and I are on the 700 minute plan, and last month we went over and was about to be billed $250. Let me tell you, of all the customer service reps I have dealt with, T-Mobile is outstanding. The rep was friendly and cheerful, a rarity these days with every one so scared that they are about to be laid off. The rep suggested I buy a T-Mobile at home router with a wifi hybrid Samsung Katalyst. My husband had to refund a few T-Mobile phones to the manufacturer and T-mobile was very accommodating. In fact they always go the extra mile. I would heartily recommend you to go with T-Mobile.
