The RIM blackberry world edition uses RIM's proprietary operating system. I really enjoy the seemless functionality of using the thumb wheel, I threw my stylus away. With Iphone's touch screen, everyone these days would love a touch screen phone. The blackberry screens does not have a digitizer, therefore, it is not a touch screen device. I was use to using my stylus because I simultaneously own Treo 700 PDA so it took a little getting used to when navigating the thumb wheel. I found it easier to type short emails using the wide spread QWERTY keyboard. So when I was on the verge of having anger out burst due to the fact that at my old job I never took vacation and worked grueling hours, I almost damaged the keyboard because I had do much anger. I found it was effortless typing out emails on my RIM device. Overall, I found the research in motion operating system to be intuitive and easy to learn how to navigate through the menus. I did not have the need to download a lot of third party software so I did not mind that Blackberry operating system offers much less compared to the Palm OS and Windows Mobile Pocket PC.

Memory, I keep forgetting to grab my RIM device

While I leave my Tibetan meditation teacher. However the memory that came with my device is only 64 MB of flash memory. I found it sufficient to store my meditation files and programs.
