Can you believe you can get a laptop or an entire Dell Computer System with Monitor, Computer and keyboard as low as $199? This is unheard of. In 2003, I bought the top of the line Pentium 4, windows XP computer that was hand built by concept computers. I paid $3500.00 CDN. This did not include the $800 Mag monitor. I paid over $4000 dollars for a system which in today's standards is outdated. I still use the computer, but you can buy a Dell reburbished machine for less than $200.
